How do I schedule a Planning Review for my case?When your case is planned and ready for review, we will automatically send an email containing a link for you to use to schedule your case review. This link will allow you to see our availability and allow you to schedule your review at your convenience. If you are having troubles, you can call in and speak with Savannah (email@example.com) and she will be more than happy to help you get the review scheduled with one of our case planners.
Can I start a NavaGation case with a fully edentulous patient?Yes, you can. You will need a well-fitting denture and dual scan.
I am not sure if my case is a candidate for implants. Can I do an evaluation before I submit all the records?Yes! We certainly can schedule a preliminary evaluation review. We will just need a CT scan.
What is your turnaround time for a single tooth guide?3 in house working days from the approval of the review plus 1 day shipping. 7-10 workings days from case submission. *Day of approval included as a working day, if received before 12pm
What is your turnaround time for a Synergy Full-Arch case?10 in house working days from approval of the review. Plus 1 day shipping. 3-4 weeks from case submission. *Day of approval included as a working day, if received before 12pm
How do I book Chairside support?Contact Lena Dooley at 984-281-7770 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is Chairside support included with the first Synergy case?Yes, excluding travel expenses if outside normal territory.
